Glee is the most awesome new show of the season.  I ain't a Music Theater / Vocalist kinda guy (seriously, you don't want to have to listen to me struggle to see Guitar Hero Metallica) and I love this show.

Liking Heroes so far, it's back to the "we're just figuring out things and getting on with our lives while there's a conspiracy brooding" stage of Season 1, which seems to work so far. Liking the new characters, hopefully we'll get to see some serious super speed martial arts tricks from Ray "Darth Maul/Snake Eyes" Parks further on, that could certainly make up for the fact that the budget for this season is much lower than earlier and so they won't be able to pull off some of the truly expensive special effects.

House got a good start, the double ep psych ward opener was great, and it still hasn't seagued back to the good old rinse/repeat formula that the previous seasons had gotten stuck in.

Bones, same old, same old. Which is not a bad thing of course, still some of the most intelligent writing in any show.

Fringe, nice going so far, hopefully the alternate universe plots won't go too wide-reaching before the series finds it's legs. Considering the stage that Lost has ended up at despite starting off as a fairly mundane survivors series with minor oddities, the weird-from-the-start Fringe could get into some seriously strange territories along the way... Regardless with both Eureka and Warehouse 13 having just ended I need my Sci-fi fix, though I got a guess that Stargate: Universe starting up this Sunday will help along with that in heaps.

Smallville, no idea, the first few and last couple of episodes of each season tends to be wildly different than the others so I guess it's wait and see if it's back to the horrid mediocrity of the past. It remains a guilty pleasure however, as regardless of what else I got available I always watch it the first chance I got. Eh, glutton for punishment meets fanboy I guess.

Dexter, liking it, but it's going to take another couple of episodes to lock me in like the previous seasons have, though I'm fairly certain it's still going to end up some of the most brilliant stuff that's available on TV today, and perfect timing as well what with True Blood just having concluded it's own brilliant season.

Best so far this season would be Sons of Anarchy, I'm loving every moment of it, every twist and turn. It's like the Sopranos with a bunch of basic everyday thugs as the gangsters instead of fat old Italians, and with a shining clear moral out there all the time despite all the bad shit the main characters do every episode.

Still got The Mentalist and Dollhouse waiting to be seen, as well as a slew of the newbies including The Vampire Diaries, Archer and Mercy.

I've just given up on Heroes.  I had it on the DVR and just could not muster the enthusiasm to watch 'em yet.

Gotta agree on how awesome Sons of Anarchy is.  Hamlet + Sopranos + Hell's Angels.

Watching more comedy this year than in recent years.  Big Bang Theory is amazingly funny.  And the Office, Parks & Recreation, & Community block on Thursday night are all seriously chuckle worthy.

Defying Gravity is an cool sci fi show that deserves more love from ABC.

Fringe is so much strange fun.  I kinda hope it goes batcrazy insane.  Go for the roof.  Seriously.  Just go absolutely off the reservation and break new ground.

I really enjoyed the FlashForward premier.  Looking forward to seeing how it develops.

I'm loving me the Supernatural.  Cannot wait for the Sam <-> Dean / Satan <-> Archangel showdown that seems to be coming.

And again, Glee is joy wrapped about entertainment.  The one show I make certain to watch live (or close).  Downloading songs from iTunes each week.

Is it just me or have the last two Dollhouse episodes been incredible? I mean the second season started disappointing, first couple of episodes were mostly on the meeh level, but on the most recent one exploring Sierra's background and character really had my tears flooding by the end. And the episode was written by the same guy who wrote Doctor Horrible's Sing-Along Blog... looks like Joss isn't the only Whedon who knows his stuff.
