Basically (beside normal forum moderation), Admins create/edit/move the actual forums. When someone has a new game, they need a section (ie. Gomez’s Games) – once they have that, then you create the actual game forum and requested child boards. You might also move them (like to unfinished games) or delete them now and then.
All pretty easy stuff.
